Buried within the ACA is a plan for reaching low to moderate income families with a specialized type of HMO.

Called Accountable Care Organizations or ACOs, these HMOs do not provide out of network care for families in the plan. What they do provide, however, is a very deep set of services for families that do not have access to top quality care.

To launch this first ever type of ACO, called MHP for Metropolitan Health Plan (lots of acronyms) we went big. We literally plastered every available public space to depict how this plan for the people provided them with care and respect.
